We offer a wide range of sizes for our shirts, ranging from S (Small) to 5XL (5 Extra Large). We believe in providing a comfortable fit for everyone, ensuring that you find the perfect size that suits you best.

2. How do I know which size to choose for the shirt?

Each store may have its own unique size chart for shirts. To find the perfect size for you, measure a shirt that fits you best. Measure the shirt's length & width when laid flat, then compare the measurements with our size chart to order the correct size. If your measurements are in between the sizes, we recommend ordering the next size up. Due to manual measurement, there will be an error of 0.5-1 inch.
We highly recommend checking the size guide provided on our website before placing your order. The size guide will help you determine the correct size based on your measurements, ensuring a comfortable fit.

The shipping time might be longer for Lasfour products because of our commitment to delivering the highest quality products to our valued customers. We prioritize the meticulous production process to ensure that every item leaving our factory meets our strict quality standards.
When a customer places an order with Lasfour, we initiate the production process only after receiving the order. This approach allows us to tailor each product to our customer's specific preferences and requirements, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience. While we understand that prompt delivery is essential, we firmly believe that the wait for a meticulously crafted Lasfour product is well worth it.

3. Do you offer express shipping options for the shirt?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options for customers who require their shirts to be delivered faster. During checkout, you will have the opportunity to choose your preferred shipping method, including FAST or EXPRESS. The shipping costs will be displayed accordingly. 3. Can I track my shirt shipment?

4. My tracking number isn't working 

Tracking numbers can take 3-5 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

5. What if my shirt is not delivered within the expected delivery time?

While we strive to deliver your shirt within the estimated time frame, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues can sometimes cause delays. If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame or your order has not arrived after 22 business days (domestic), we recommend that you contact our customer support team. We will investigate the issue and provide you with the assistance needed to track your shipment or initiate a resolution if needed.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the 6% payment fee associated with cancellations.
